Videos To Jumpstart Your Fitness Journey

Posted by Janelle Brown on

In our technology driven world, there is a lot of discussion about fitness resources, activity trackers, apps and other items all focused on helping you work-out.

There are other resources that won’t cost you a paycheck such as friends, who are great resources and motivators.  At STRIVE, we also have our video collection that contain various paths – exercise learning and full workouts.

What is exercise learning?

Our certified and experienced trainers break down and clearly explain many common exercises. Most workout videos assume you’re experienced but haven’t exercised in a while. I requested explanations geared toward beginners who have never had the opportunity to work with a trainer or set foot in a gym.

I wanted to provide a resource to STRIVE members that allowed them to get comfortable with the ins and outs of different movements anywhere they could stream the video. For example, if you want to learn how to do a squat correctly – watch our video on that topic.

Start at the beginning and work your way up to advanced levels. We have over 35 exercise learning videos – all focused on showing you how to do exercises easily and correctly.  Once you learn the exercise, you must apply it. Partner up and workout with a friend for motivation!

How many times? How many repetitions?

Our STRIVE workout collection includes videos that run approximately 30 minutes each and you can work out alongside our STRIVE Coaches, me, and my family.

We have organized these videos to add benefit, learning and applying.  Within the workout videos, our STRIVE Coaches add tips on how to do the workout at home using common household items.

We look forward to you utilizing the video resources as a member of STRIVE and I look forward to introducing you personally within our special community!
