It’s time for another STRIVE with Janelle challenge! We loved seeing everyone get moving during our first challenge, Walk the Walk, but now it’s time to take it to another level.
Food is the great equalizer; it can be the centerpiece for everything from celebration to comfort. And while it can be used to fuel our bodies in a positive way, it can also be a roadblock on our journey to a healthy lifestyle.
That’s why we created the 10-DAY COOK AT HOME CHALLENGE.
Studies have shown that people who regularly eat home-cooked meals actually take in less sugar and processed foods, and also lead a happier and healthier life. Eating home-cooked meals may even help you live longer!
This March we will be cooking at least 10 meals at home and want to encourage you to do the same. Don’t worry; you don’t have to cook 10 meals, 10 days in a row. All you need to do is cook 10 meals at home any time throughout the month of March. They can be breakfast, lunch or dinner, or a combination of all three—it’s up to you!
Not only will you be whipping up healthier habits, you’ll also get a chance to win great prizes!

Here’s what you do:
- Make 10 meals at home
- Take a picture of each of your culinary creations
- Post them on Twitter or Instagram using #10DayCookChallenge, on our Facebook page, or in the comments section of this blog
If you post at least 10 pictures in March you will be entered into a drawing to win one of our two amazing prizes. The drawing will take place on Facebook Live!
